Re-Imagining Employee Engagement In-Person
Employee engagement has taken on a new meaning as our lives have transformed into a virtual reality. How can you build, influence and sustain employee engagement during a time when you find it hard to be engaged yourself? In this session, we will discuss the ever-changing impact on employee engagement, how to successfully lead your virtual team, and how to provide daily opportunities for growth and engagement.
Participants will be introduced to employee engagement, learn ways to provide an inclusive environment for all employees to have the opportunities to engage and support each other.
