Faculty Success Open Q&A
Faculty Success is a data housing software used in promotion and tenure processes, as well as full-time faculty evaluation every year. We hope through 30-minute monthly open sessions, any questions or concerns can be resolved by the time these workflows begin.
By attending these sessions and keeping up with activities through the year, your annual evaluation should take a few minutes and a few clicks to review and submit. The goal of these sessions is to make users more comfortable with navigating the software used at Columbus State, but also for our office to hear requests and concerns that can be implemented to better our use of Faculty Success.
