Elev8 is designed to equip leaders with the skills necessary to better lead effective teams. This unique program is a collaboration between Human Resources and the Leadership Institute and features sessions facilitated by both offices. Elev8 allows participants to explore and develop their skills that guides them to “leading in the middle.” Participants interact with peers during each session and are able to develop a support system throughout campus.
Audience
Elev8 is a requirement for any new manager or supervisor and is open for existing managers at Columbus State University.
